Participants must have their own bike and helmet. Helmet use is required. Bike rentals can be made through Bikes to Borrow - which is offering Summit attendees a special 3-day Summit rate of $85.50 on their Classic Bike Rental. They also offer 24 hour rentals and conveniently provide complimentary locks and helmets upon request.

Civil Rights Ride: Casually paced ride with multiple stops exploring DC’s African American history and civil rights progress. Uniquely created and offered by DC Cycling Concierge, this is a ride not to miss. Cost is $30 // 8-10 miles // 2 ½ - 3 hrs // 10 mph avg or less.
Orientation Ride: Get the lay of the land with this casually paced ride around Washington D.C. Participants will visit the Summit Conference site, Capitol Building, House & Senate buildings, nearby Metro stations, and some of the Mobile Workshop sites. Have fun rolling around D.C. and meeting other Summit Attendees by bike. FREE // 5-6 miles // 1 ½ - 2 hours // 10 mph avg or less.
DC’s Best Sights at Night Tour: A must for anyone visiting D.C.! You'll enjoy D.C.’s iconic monuments and memorials brilliantly illuminated against a dark night sky all by bike. Ride to Wednesday Night Spins in Crystal City: Ride will depart from outside the Hart Senate Office Building, site of the Summit Congressional Reception. The Crystal City Business Improvement District (BID) in partnership with Vornado/Charles E. Smith and Crosshairs Cycling host an indoor bike race every Wednesday night in March. The course is fast and fun for all abilities, providing great viewing and happy hour drinks in the Washington Wine Academy beer and wine garden. Weekly prizes for top finishers.
